Calculator: Show the ASIN listing "Package Quantity" data from the Amazon catalog when available.  Note: This data is NOT retrieved from the ASIN title. The data is retrieved from the Amazon API service and is based on what is recorded when the ASIN was created or altered.

Calculator: Added an option in the calculator settings to allow the user to either show the "All offers available" or "NEW condition offers" on the Calculator viewer.
