On this version of AZInsight, we have added the same tool to AZInsight. Please, only use this tool when instructed by a Customer Support Champion. In the following video, you will see a guide on how to use this tool.

With this version comes an update to our BuyBox Statistics. Now, AZInsight will show the name of the seller in a new column.

This process takes time, as AZInsight needs to locate the information for all the sellers listed.

On this version of AZInsight, we have released several bug fixes as well🐛.

Last week, Amazon started to roll out an update to the Hazmat Identification Guide; this change affected our Hazmat Checker tool. 

On AZInsight 2.8.7, we released a fix, but the way Amazon is rolling out the update means that some users have the old Hazmat Guide while some users have the new one; this caused another issue. With this new update, AZInsight will support both the old and the new layout. 

Sadly, this means an increase in the time it takes AZInsight to check if an ASIN is a hazmat or not. 

Please, have in mind that Amazon is still rolling out this update, and the Amazon Hazmat Guide is having technical issues as well.

Another issue we fixed on this update is the SearchView plugin; our plugin displayed incorrect information regarding the number of FBA/FBM offers.

Now, you can see the same BuyBox statistics on ScanEz. This tab will show you the seller identification, the percentage a seller has won the Buy Box, and the last time a seller won the BuyBox for a range of 30, 90, and 180 days.

With this release, we added a new debug tool. This tool will allow the user to send requested data to our developer team to analyze. This comes in handy when the developer team needs to replicate a bug. Please, only use this tool when instructed by a Customer Support Champion. In the following video, you will see a guide on how to use this tool.

On this update, we added a notification system to let you know each time ScanEz release a new version.

We also fixed a bug with the Hazmat Checker. This bug was caused by the recent update of the Amazon layout.

• Show/Hide Calculator Settings

We added the market analyzer feature with this update. Now, our users will have the option to analyze profits on all the marketplaces that AZInsight supports. This will help you make the right decision when doing product research. You can view a short video about it below.

With this version, we also added a new option when the main account is adding a team member or sub-account.

On AZInsight v2.8.4, we introduced the option to allow sub-accounts to have their own Calculator Settings by default. Now, on this version of AZInsight 2.8.6, we introduced the option to show or hide the Calculator Settings. 

When Disabled Calculator Setting is checked, AZInsight will hide the Calculator Settings from the team member sub-account. This is the default for any new team member or sub-account created. AZInsight will also synchronize the Calculator Settings of the main account with each team member sub-account that has Disabled Calculator Settings checked.

When Disabled Calculator Setting is unchecked, team members can edit the Calculator Settings independently from the main account.

The main account owner can push the Calculator Settings of the main account to any team member account, whether you have checked or unchecked the option Disabled Calculator Settings.

On this version, we also improved our crawl engine performance as well as doing bug fixing. 🦾

On AZInsight version 2.8.4, sub-accounts now have their own calculator settings. This means that your team members using AZInsight can configure the calculator settings accordingly to the type of research you want them to do. 

On the Historical Data, we have added a new tab for BuyBox statistics, this tab will show you the seller identification, the percentage a seller has won the Buy Box, and the last time a seller won the BuyBox for a range of 30, 90, and 180 days. 

We added two new data points to the Export Profile: Amazon Sell History and FBA Offers within 2% of Buy Box. Get a complete list here.
